Mais de 54 mil empresas com 100 ou mais trabalhadores têm até esta quarta-feira (15) para divulgar o Relatório de Transparência Salarial e de Critérios Remuneratórios em seus canais institucionais, como site, redes sociais ou meios de ampla visibilidade para os trabalhadores e para o público em geral.
O prazo que terminaria em 30 de setembro foi prorrogado pelo Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego (MTE), após a identificação de inconsistências em parte dos resultados apurados.
A divulgação do relatório é obrigatória, conforme previsto na Lei nº 14.611/2023 de promoção da igualdade salarial entre mulheres e homens que exercem a mesma função.
No Brasil, a igualdade salarial já é garantida pela Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho (CLT) desde 1943, porém não é cumprida em diversos segmentos.
A não divulgação do relatório pode acarretar em sanções às empresas, incluindo a aplicação de multas administrativas de até 3% da folha de salários do empregador, limitado a 100 salários mínimos.
O Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego é quem fiscaliza o cumprimento da exigência.
A terceira edição do relatório registrou que 217 empresas foram inspecionadas, e 90 delas foram autuadas por não disponibilizarem o relatório em local visível.
Relatórios
Os dados fornecidos pelas empresas na Relação Anual de Informações Sociais (Rais) referentes ao período de julho de 2024 a junho de 2025 foram processados pela empresa pública Dataprev.
Os Relatórios de Transparência Salarial e de Critérios Remuneratórios são publicados semestralmente.
A quarta edição do relatório individual já pode ser acessada pelos empregadores no portal do Emprega Brasil, governo federal, com login da plataforma Gov.br.
Os dados gerais desta nova edição do Relatório de Transparência Salarial serão divulgados em conjunto pelo Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego e pelo Ministério das Mulheres.
“A expectativa é que, nesta edição, a desigualdade salarial entre mulheres e homens ainda não apresente redução significativa, evidenciando a importância da continuidade e do fortalecimento das políticas públicas voltadas à promoção da igualdade no mundo do trabalho”, disse o MTE em nota.

Os dados da terceira edição revelaram que, em média, as mulheres recebiam 20,9% a menos do que os homens, nos 53.014 estabelecimentos com 100 ou mais empregados do país.
A situação é ainda mais grave para as mulheres negras, que recebem 52,5% a menos do que um homem não negro.
Nos casos em que for identificada a desigualdade salarial ou de critérios remuneratórios, a empresa deverá apresentar e implementar um plano de ação para diminuir a desigualdade, com metas e prazos.
Para elaboração do plano, deve ser garantida a participação de representantes das entidades sindicais e de representantes dos empregados nos locais de trabalho.
Igualdade salarial
A Lei nº 14.611, que trata da igualdade salarial e de critérios remuneratórios entre mulheres e homens, vai além da transparência salarial nas empresas com mais de 100 empregados.
A nova legislação determina que os empregadores adotem medidas para garantir essa igualdade e desenvolvam ações de diversidade e inclusão que combatam as barreiras que dificultam o crescimento profissional das mulheres, como:
fiscalização de práticas discriminatórias;
criação de canais para denúncias de discriminação salarial;
promoção de programas de diversidade e inclusão no ambiente de trabalho;
incentivo à capacitação de mulheres.
No mundo, a meta de igualdade salarial para homens e mulheres está vinculada ao Objetivo de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS) 8, que trata do “Trabalho decente e crescimento econômico” adotado pelas Nações Unidas em 2015.
A meta 8.5 busca até 2030 “o emprego pleno e produtivo e trabalho decente para todas as mulheres e homens, inclusive para os jovens e as pessoas com deficiência, e remuneração igual para trabalho de igual valor.”
